Aramid (Kevlar) ballistic protection panel for a steel rolling mill

BALLISTIC PROTECTION - using our resin infusion capability, we have successfully manufactured 10mm thick ballistic protection panels for a steel rolling mill.  Carbon Concepts is now able to offer ballistic protection in a range of sizes to protect anything from the human body to large, high speed, machines.

1.5 m span electric aerobatic glider and 3.65m span thermal soarer exploiting advanced composite stuctures

 COMPETITION MODEL AIRCRAFT - although this started as a spin off from a hobby, we have developed some very advanced structural techniques while developing airframes for one of the U.K.s leading international model flyers.  We are now able to produce 1.5m span wings weighing less than 160 grammes, capable of carrying aerobatic loadings.
